This means that your brain sends another group of messages to the different places of your body. As a result of these messages provided by the brain to your body, your body will release numerous hormones to help it manage the anxiety.nnOnce the stressful situation is finished, your body will now enter into the third phase which is exhaustion. Now, you should not be alarmed if you feel exhausted. Exhaustion is a indicator that your system needs to replenish the energies it consumed in coping with anxiety. If you feel tired, rest for a while.nnGetting Some Time OffnnIt is advisable to take some time off after an anxiety attack. Experts agree, coping with anxiety could quite possibly take a toll on your body, thus it is highly recommended that your body is given enough time to gain strength. Always remember that your system has just gone through some strenuous situations and it now is easily vulnerable to other types of stress. Try not to subject yourself to more stress at this point because your body may not have enough energy to deal with additional anxiety at the moment.nnConsidering the scenario that you have just gone through, it would be smart to take a day or two off to help you relax.
