It matters not who you are, nor where you might happen to make your home. You may or may not be working. The government is giving out grants to deserving people just like you for all manner of purposes. It's easy to apply for a government grant online, the only somewhat tricky part is narrowing down the field to just the grants that are best for you.

Who may apply for a grant?

Anyone living in the United States as either a legal alien or a citizen.

You must be 18 to be eligible to apply for a grant online.

Anyone who has a need for cash!

Believe it or not, it's true. Uncle Sam has tons of different types of grants, for a whole host of purposes. You could be a small business person who wants money to expand the business or a single mom looking for help with the bills, no matter, you can get a grant.

Please remember that government grants are basically gifts and they do NOT have to be paid back. Ever. That's different from a government loan, which does need to be paid back. Grants are better than loans, for sure.

You may believe that you can not apply for a government grant because you have no substantial need that you can document. In a lot of cases, that's not a big problem because Uncle Sam has so many grant programs that is HAS to give out the funds. The government will let you apply in most cases without any supplemental documentation, other than your valid personal identification. No problem.

With the economy in its current state and everyone having trouble with money, there is no time like now to apply for a grant online and get in line for some of that government money. The big banks and companies are getting their share and so should you.
