The great thing about varying the illumination in a room is that the owner can literally lead the eye to those important pieces that he wants to perhaps show off. By cleverly incorporating a variety of lamps or illumination, the room can be made to convey a certain style that is much desired. Even old or ancient furniture will look better if the room is lit in the correct manner.

So whenever there is a refit or redecoration project in the offing, first take a step back to consider what illumination is needed and where photos and other valued pieces are to be hung. For sure there is just the right lamp to set these off to perfection without costing too much.
