Guide to Coil Nailers
Coil nailers are important if you want to quickly complete nail jobs. Nail guns are replacing the traditional hammer when it comes to construction work. Why spend all day banging in nails when you can do it in a fraction of the time with a coil nailer?
Now there are actually many different types of nail guns out there. A coil nail gun is special nail gun that can hold quite a few nails. It's a bigger nail gun that packs more of a punch and won't need to be reloaded as often as smaller nail guns will need to be reloaded.
It's possible to complete a nailing job in a fraction of the time that it would take you with a regular hammer. As such, coil nailers are becoming very popular with any professional who builds something. There are many different types of coil nailer choices, however. It can be a bit confusing picking out the best coil nailer for your specific set of needs.
You will want to figure out what type of nailer you want. You can get an air powered coil nail gun which connects to an air compressor. This type of nail gun is the cheapest option, but you are going to have to have an air compressor. You also have to deal with the weight of the air compressor hose connected to the hose.
If you want an electric coil nailer, these exist too. However, an electric coil nail gun is likely more expensive than an air powered gun and you will need easy access to a power outlet - sometimes a problem on job sites.
If you want a cordless coil nailer, you can find these too. Cordless coil nailers are powered by gas canisters. These are the most convenient type of coil nailers, but they are also the most expensive too.
