History of the Organization. The core of the Kenneth Copeland Ministry is former recording artist Kenneth Copeland in the 1950s. After deciding to be a Christian, Kenneth moved with his family to Tulsa Oklahoma where he trained for Oral Roberts as a co-pilot.

May 1967, while strolling along the banks of Arkansas River, Kenneth was sent a vision: to build a ministry that teaches the word of God. Kenneth, together with his wife Gloria, founded the ministry on September 7, 1967.

The activities of the ministry involve Prayer Ministries by answering prayer requests and Prison Ministries that helps inmates change lives and relive hope. There are also Disaster Relief operations, Military Ministries that offer support to the family of the soldiers, and Outreach for the delinquents and the poor.

With the help of media, the ministry communicates through the Believer's Voice of Victory Broadcast that televises gospel and faith building teachings across the world. Also, through KCM events, the ministry gathers its people yearly for a Believer's Convention, Prayer get-togethers, and Victory campaigns that help members to have a deeper connection with God, heal the sick and strengthen spiritual foundation. Lastly, the Ministry has the Believer's Voice of Victory Magazine that is published and distributed worldwide with different translations that communicates the word in the Bible.

This Christian Organization lives by the following principle: Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, presented his mortality for the salvation of humanity; the Father, the Son and Holy-Spirit; The deliverance of the good, eternal punishment of the evil and the resurrection of the fallen; Divine power of Christ as a cure for the sick; Water Baptism; the coming of Jesus Christ; and Living with clarity in heart and soul. The Ministry's root comes from the Bible.

The Ministry aims to hone believers in the word-of-God and teach others the gospel. Furthermore, they intend to reveal the mysteries of the Bible, to establish mass numbers of believers and use media such as the television, radio, conferences, magazines, books, and recordings to reach out to the world.

This Christian Organization has branches worldwide including Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, Ukraine and the United States. They are aiming to expand even more to spread the teachings in the Bible and invite people to convert and become Believers.

There have been accusations involved with the ministry back at 2007. Kenneth and Gloria were accused of having debts that reached ten thousands of dollars with their partnership with Affordable Homes Limited Business whilst spending money outside the ventures. The partnership with the said business was only limited so they need not to explain the reason for withdrawal nor need to pay the debt.
