Most fitness experts have a different opinion on the best exercises for reducing arm fat. Perhaps all these different opinions have you a little frustrated. I know I was frustrated at one point in time.

And with all the conflicting stances out there, how are you supposed to figure things out? This can be a very frustrating scenario.

Luckily for you, I've been there and done that. And I'm not greedy-I want to share what I've learned so that you don't waste any time in your sexy arm pursuit.

Thus here is my critique of curls with palms forward for eliminating bingo wings:

1. Summary: This is an excellent exercise for working the bicep through a complete range of motion. Exercises that work a muscle through complete ranges of motion usually produce faster results. This particular variation of the dumbbell curl works the outer portion of your bicep muscle.

2. Technical overview: Find two dumbbells and grab them with your palms facing forward. Then tighten your abs with great force so that your back stays straight. Raise said dumbbells to slightly below shoulder level. Then lower them in a controlled manner.

3. High frequency mistakes: Jerking the weight up with momentum. Allowing the elbows to reach shoulder level. And not keeping the chest up and shoulder blades back.

4. Bottom line: This is a great exercise that every woman should include in their arm toning program. Combined with proper nutrition, this is a great tool for reducing arm fat. Just make sure that you maintain strict form when going heavy. And remember that going heavy gets you faster results.

Learning the best exercises for arm fat reduction shouldn't be like finding a needle in a haystack. Ignore the marketing hype and all the flashy gadgets-stick to what works! And remember that intensity is by far the most important factor for sexy arm success. Even when doing mediocre exercises, if you apply the right amount of intensity you'll get good results.
