Energy Meditation - A Simple Meditation Technique
You can use the technique we have talked about below to connect with all of this energy as well as your own inner psyche. This is also called your imagination by some people. It's just different names for the same thing.
Seat yourself somewhere you will be comfortable then close your eyes. Take rhythmic deep breaths for a couple of minutes while thinking positively. This will help to bring up your own positive energy. You should be thinking about all of the things you are grateful for and thanking the cosmos for you livelihood.
Imagine that everything that exists is only energy, including the room you are currently in, the floors, food you ate earlier, absolutely everything. All of these things have combined to become one solid energy field of light. It can be a white light or some other color if you wish.
Now, imagine that you become one with this same white energy. As your body fades it becomes completely one with this energy. You will feel yourself starting to become at peace as if you know the answer to all the worlds questions. Almost as if you finally know where you really came from and what your purpose here on Earth is.
After you have achieved this total peace you can imagine all that energy going back to its usual form. This will help you to return to the conscious world. You can then stay silent for a few moments as you open up your eyes and come back to where you were when you began.
