If you have any of these three conditions mentioned above, then you probably need to learn to control anger.

To be able to control your anger is not an easy task. To remind you, it is a natural human emotion, hence, it can't be avoided. Strong feelings like anger can take over your thought. One good example for this is when an angry person yells at someone, he/she thinks it's just right to yell, but he/she didn't mean to yell THAT loud. If you are one of those who have this kind of attitude, or is constantly displaying this scenario, then you should look for help in order to control your anger.

Even if it's impossible not feel anger, it can pretty much be controlled. And controlling anger isn't about not expressing anger either. You can control anger best by first learning how to see the flaws in your own thinking patterns. You can do this by delaying tactics, such as doing other constructive things in the process, wherein you wait before you act out of anger. Examples are as follows:

Humor: Humor can diffuse anger quickly. Having something to laugh at can divert your attention away from feeling angry. This however doesn't mean that we should just laugh at our problems. It only means that we should not be too serious about everything.

Relax: When you feel like you're starting to get angry, start doing relaxation practices. Pause for a while and breathe deeply. Deep breathing is one of the most effective relaxation techniques that have been used for almost a long period of time and it's also the simplest, fastest, and most convenient way to achieve calmness.

Communicate: When we are angry, we tend to say words or things that are hurtful and most of the time irrelevant to whatever caused our anger explosion. We also tend to hear only the things that we want to hear to fuel our anger and never listens to what others are telling us. The best thing to do is to listen really well first and then start explaining why you felt angry or what made you angry.

To be able to control anger, it should first start from proper knowledge about your anger problems and at the same time having the determination to get rid of it. These are just a few of the many ways on how to control your anger but they sure are really effective.
