One of the most amazing artist I have ever laid my eyes on is Richard Salvucci who has accomplished much is his long time running career as a designer, individual and an explorer of the world itself.

His first inspiration came from a comic book that his grandmother had brought him whilst they were on a family vacation exploring the mountains. It was a comic book starring the marvel superheroes known best as The Incredible Hulk. When Richard had read this comic book his quickly fell in love with the idea of becoming an illustration artist for his future career and there was nothing that was going to stop him.

It has been a long and hard working career for Richard spanning so far over a period of 25 years. From simply tracing and copying his favourite comic book artist Richard was able to develop and grow into his own way of producing his style and take on what he believed was artist, and what a great style it was. As he grew he began to develop a strong interest in painting nature and its animals in their wild like settings, capture the moment is what Richard is best at by far.

Graduating in the year of 1978, Richard straight away took to become a freelance illustrator and has been very successful in accomplishing his dream, he has been involved in many projects and still continues to push forth and see how far his talents can take him.

Meeting artist that would inspire him was very important to Richard as in the 90's he attended a museum exhibition, specifically aimed at artist who enjoyed to paint animals and birds which of course was what was closest to the heart of Richard, and proved to be a great learning experience for him.

Richard is always moving within the artistic mediums as he hate the thought of being confided to a particular style and never allowing ones self to grow and develop as a n artist and an individual. His favourite mediums are oils, tempera, gouache, pencil and on the off occasion maybe ink, but in fairness there are many more in which could be listed here.

What Richard will do next is beyond the mind so f many, but we can be sure to expect nothing less that something that is truly satisfying, and can only wait in anticipation for what it may actually be.
