Have you ever asked the questions, "God where are you?" or "God, why me?" One of my clients said that to me recently. She had come in for extreme pain in her neck and shoulders because of an accident she had at the age of 15. Her boyfriend crashed their car into a tree. It made me realize that everyone at times in their life have felt powerless and out of control. We've all wondered who isn't doing their job to protect us from pain and hardship.

I look at soul vibrational records (Akashic records) as a career. In all these years I have come to recognize that the soul is just very powerful. It has wisdom that we cannot understand or grasp. What I noticed was that when a soul decides to come to earth it also decides what experiences it wants to have. It chooses different outfits to play with. Those outfits are human emotions.

We are fortunate that we have so many human emotions to play with. It allows us to create trillions of life experiences. They become base ingredients from which we create our life. Sometimes those base ingredients can be hard, difficult. There are always two sides to the ingredient. The positive and the negative. When we engage one side the other side is engaged as well. We as a soul are looking for the full experience.

For my client she started with the experience of feeling helpless in her body. She experienced it fully through pain, discomfort and suffering. By coming to me to read her records and start the healing she was making the choice to experience the other aspect of the ingredient.

If you're wondering why in the world you'd want to experience negative emotions it's because your soul does not define it. It doesn't see it as negative or positive, it just sees it as an experience. The trick is for you not to see it as positive or negative. Once you do, it get stuck in the third dimension as an issue, block, problem.

The good news is that you have full power and control to change your ingredients around. You can pick something new!
